First of all, I'm a FAV spammer ... but secondly, I like to reference every image where there is a difficult to describe "Something" I like about it that I just can't put my finger on. I do this so I can look back later and try to determine what that is ... in the hopes that understanding that simple or complex thing will help me to become a better artist in the future.
Sometimes having a good START to an image is more important than any amount of effort put into meticulously rendering the finished product.
