Oh, jeez. This is Static and he's an Animal Crossing rude. Now, this guy is going to be a perfect example of "artistic liberty". You see........ he's not going to act ANYTHING like he does in his original "universe". But man, he's gonna be fun to write for.
Those of you who are familiar with my AGENCY scraps and stuff will know what I mean when I say that this guy will give Shadow a run for his money later on in the story.
